More info: Chrys will share tools she's gathered in her 15+ years of directing a statewide trauma and mental health project at NYS Coalition Against Sexual Assault and her 30 years as a Reclaiming witch. She will support activists in identifying where they hold stress in their bodies, ways to release it safely and comfortably, and access more joy and freedom through movement and meditative practices.

So often, we know on some level that we're not working optimally or feeling our best but we shoulder on to keep up our important work in social justice, family well-being, and community transformation. We juggle so many aspects of our lives that sometimes we feel like we're on a confined tightrope and have conflicted feelings about taking on new experiences and adventures.

Join Chrys in a 90 minute gift to yourself. Through simple yoga practices and trauma releasing exercises, you will gain deeper access to your body's wisdom. With Chrys' guidance you will find information from within yourself to channel your righteous rage, grief and confusion into energy that serves your highest good and invites greater presence of joy and balance into your being.

This is Not a New Age make believe wish-it-were-so kind of experience, but an opportunity to explore ancient real tools that truly support our well-being and connect us to the source of all things to deepen our personal power.

This workshop is limited to 15 people. Cost is sliding scale of $15-30 per person. Registration required. Contact 434-4037 for more information.
